Description
The macro "meepo puffs" for "Dota 2" can be downloaded and used on regular mouse and keyboard.
Installing the macro is with one movement in the Keyran program and increases your skill level in the game, if you follow the instructions!
The «W» key is assigned as «puff». After using the puff on the current unit, it switches to the next one. This macro automatically uses a puff on all 5 miparees. Make sure that the settings of the game and the macro are consistent, this will increase your productivity.

Click the «Open File» button and select the downloaded file.
Assign a macro to a key and run the program.
