q-1 - summons a sphere
w-2 - creates a sphere
e-3 - summons a sphere again
r-ulta - uses a unique ability
d- left ability - uses the main ability

This macro allows you to quickly summon spheres, create swers, and use ultimate and basic abilities to quickly avoid or invade a battle, especially with low health or a surprise attack.
